About Us

la Boulangerie (French for "the bakery") was started because everyone who tried our cakes raved on them and told us we should be selling them.  We gave it a try to supplement our income after job loss.  The response was overwhelming! C'est la vie!!!

We strive to bring the amazing flavors of south Louisiana to Texas.  We are constantly adding more as we try to build our business.  

We are currently doing this from our home as a cottage business while we look to expand into a brick and mortar store.  The food we offer is made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or local health department.
